BRAND NEW SOUTH WEST COASTAL 300 MAPS NOW AVAILABLE

The SSDA is delighted to announce that the brand new South West Coastal 300 Route Map is now available to visitors across the region and beyond. Working to honour our commitment to continue the excellent work of Visit South West Scotland to grow this valuable tourism offering, the SSDA has redesigned the map with the aim of making it even more visitor friendly and sustainable.

The new map offers tailored information for each of the SWC300 core target audiences, Natural Advocates, Adventure Seekers and Lovers of History. The map also promotes the discovery of the whole of the South of Scotland along with our commitment to Responsible Tourism. In an effort to work sustainably, we have reduced the size of the map by half, meaning it is now A2 size; we have used local suppliers and printed on FSC certified paper; and we have included a QR code inviting visitors to help us save paper by using the digital version of the map.

Maps are being distributed to tourist information centres and hubs across the region and beyond and are already proving popular with visitors! For businesses wishing to stock the map for visitors you can collect a batch at one of our designated hubs (listed below) while stocks last. We plan to add to our list of hubs in Spring 2024 so watch this space!

Please call ahead or check opening times and stock levels with the hubs to ensure availability.
